$16 for a Paperback????

So, the question that came up is… When I look on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and many of the on-line bookstores, I see a book for $15.95.  Sounds good to me until I see that it says “Paperback”. How can people charge $15.95 or more for a paperback book when I can get them... »
